Returns - changes

In cases where the product ordered by the customer does not meet his requirements and the fact is solely due to the customer's misjudgment, then we have no responsibility or obligation to change the product or credit.

However, in cases where the product sent to the customer does not correspond to the product ordered (error in order receipt, pricing, shipping location, damaged packaging, wrong advertisement of features, etc.) the customer has the right to return the product the same or at the latest the next working day from the day of delivery.

The transport costs if is is a proven fault of the store are borne by the store. However, if the return is due to the customer's fault, the shipping costs, bank fees and cash on delivery costs are borne by the customer.

Returns for product exchange or credit are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

1. The product to be exchanged must not be on "special offer" and must not have been imported into Greece exclusively for you.

2. The product must be in excellent condition, unused and its packaging must be intact, i.e. without being unsealed, tampered with or altered (sticking labels - writing on the box).

3. The products must be accompanied by the original retail receipt or the relevant Shipping Note if it concerns a wholesale sale (Invoice).

4. We must be informed within 2 working days of the invoicing date, by sending an email to info@hts.gr or in case of no network, by Fax to 210 2514 636.

5. There must be proven fault or a written consent by the store.



Return process

1. Once we notify you by email that the return conditions are met, pack the product in a larger box or cover it with a protective packing film so that the original (factory) packaging is protected during shipping. Don't forget that the responsibility for damage during transport lies with you and not with the transport company (shipping without insurance).

2. Don't forget to attach the original receipt or Shipping Note, if an invoice has been issued.

3. Send the parcel to the address of our headquarters within 2 working days of your notification, exclusively with the ACS company (it is the cheapest and fastest option for sending to Sofia).

We would like to point out that in the event that the product does not meet any of the aforementioned conditions or is not sent to us within 2 days of receipt, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
